Responsibilities: - Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence. - Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and comprehending their requirements. - Recognize emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying well-informed about products and competitive positioning. Requirements: - Proficiency in Channel Sales with a background in Building Materials being preferred. - Strong teamwork skills and experience in distribution sales. - Ability to achieve branch targets and maintain proper stock levels to minimize dead stock. - Proactively attract new customers and build networks. - Effective management of outstanding accounts. - Willingness to undertake any additional duties as assigned by superiors. - 0 to 3 years of sales experience, with candidates holding an engineering degree having an advantage.
