Futura Engineering Private Limited, established in 1989, is offering an excellent Learn & Earn Training-cum-Job Program for fresh Diploma and BE Mechanical graduates. This program provides hands-on industrial training while working on real machining projects, helping candidates develop strong, industry-ready skills. Trainees will learn machine shop operations such as job setups, tooling knowledge, cutting parameters, CNC/VMC machine operation, and basic programming including G-code/M-code understanding. They will also receive complete training on precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges, along with inspection procedures, tolerance reading, and basic GD&T. Additionally, candidates gain exposure to production planning, workflow management, industrial safety, and shop floor discipline.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers who want to build a solid foundation in machining, inspection, and manufacturing technologies while earning. Eligible candidates must be Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical graduates with a willingness to learn and grow in a machine shop environment.
