Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products/services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, including response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Adapt to different customer needs and adjust communication styles accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve service processes, and enhance the customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
