Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Languages: Gujarati and English (Mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
