Experience : 0–1 years of professional experience in the architecture field. 2. Education : A valid B.Arch degree with an up-to-date COA certification. 3. Software Proficiency : - Mandatory : Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. - Preferred : Knowledge of Revit, parametric design tools like Rhino & Grasshopper, rendering software like 3DS Max & Lumion, and other graphic or documentation tools. What You'll Do 1. Creative Deliverables : - Develop stunning 3D models, drawings, diagrams, and renderings. - Produce compelling project presentations, animations, and physical models that breathe life into concepts. 2. Design with Purpose : - Combine strong conceptual design skills with interdisciplinary criteria to shape innovative project solutions. - Contribute original ideas and refine them with technical precision throughout various project phases. 3. Technical Expertise : - Gain hands-on experience with building materials, systems, specifications, codes, and construction techniques. - Enhance design concepts by applying robust technical strategies. 4. Collaboration & Innovation : - Work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to evaluate ideas critically and constructively. - Actively contribute to studio discussions and team brainstorming sessions, making every project better with your insights.
