Job Summary:

Kevells is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. This full-time role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales, communication, and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls for up to 120 minutes per day
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions or services
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Achieve a minimum of 4 confirmed sales per month
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer support during and after sales

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; telesales experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional
• Basic computer skills are essential
