Job Title: Freight Manager ( Team Lead )

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate indent from vendors/customers & share in the respective group
• Follow up with fleet team and update vehicle details to branches
• Share vehicle placement status daily on WhatsApp group
• Handle all daily operational queries and intervene as needed
• Brief brokers/transporters on SOPs before vehicle placement
• Update via email in case of delays, overloads, or detentions
• Ensure weight slips are received before manual documentation
• Share MIS reports with contractual clients regularly
• Visit market as required to source new vendors/customers
• Monitor and check vehicle availability branch-wise
• Communicate delays or breakdowns to NCR clients daily to avoid freight deductions
