Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, preparing sales reports, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, and participating in sales meetings. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets Experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
