Job Description:

TSJ World Trans Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking Freshers to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the US logistics market, strong negotiation skills. You will be responsible for securing new carrier partnerships, ensuring timely deliveries, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Management: Handle full-cycle freight brokerage operations, including sourcing, pricing, booking, and dispatching shipments.
• Carrier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with reliable carriers to ensure competitive rates and capacity availability.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing solutions, updates, and exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiate shipping rates and terms with carriers and clients to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all shipments meet US regulatory requirements, including proper documentation, permits, and insurance coverage.
• Market Research: Keep updated on market trends, fuel costs, and lane rates to stay competitive and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve any shipment issues, delays, or disputes in a professional manner.
• Technology Use: Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and other software to track, monitor, and document freight movements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of US freight, shipping regulations, and market dynamics.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Network: Established network of carriers and clients in the US is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
