Role & responsibilities Position - (3 Nos.) Engineer - Sales & Marketing Senior Engineer - Sales & Marketing Location Hyderabad, Bangalore & Chennai. Qualification Essential: BE Mechanical/Civil Desirable: MBA - Sales & Marketing Experience For Senior Engineer: 4-6 years in PEB Industry For Engineer : experience : 1-3 years. Key Responsibilities Proactively develops & creates customer relationships in designated area. Drive with solution selling methodology with consultants,architects,developers & other infulencers to ensure our solution meet customer requirements and creating value. Generates leads ,opportunities ,orders & contracts to meet sales budget and targets. Find Customer needs & design solutions to meet them . Ensure all required data is entered in PIS before proceeding to other departments. Prepare precise and data-driven techno-commercial offers. Oversee after-sales service data, ensuring prompt follow-up.Obtain client-approved drawings and communicate them to all relevant teams. Visit clients' locations and coordinate with involved stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Execution etc.). To make sure the cashflows and payments are achieved as per plan.
