Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Videographer to collaborate with our team on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and the ability to work independently to deliver polished and effective video assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production:
• Collaborate with the Grownleads.com team to understand client briefs, campaign goals, and brand messaging.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for video projects.
• Scout and secure suitable locations for video shoots in and around Pune.
• Plan and prepare all necessary equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Production (Filming):
• Serve as a "one-person band" or part of a small crew, responsible for operating and maintaining all video equipment.
• Capture high-quality, professional-grade video footage, including interviews, b-roll, product shots, and event coverage.
• Ensure proper lighting, sound, and shot composition to meet project requirements.
• Direct subjects and talent on-set to achieve the desired performance and visuals.
• Post-Production (Editing):
• Edit raw footage into compelling and polished final videos.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and other visual effects as needed.
• Select and integrate licensed music and sound effects to enhance the final product.
• Ensure all videos are color-graded and corrected to meet high standards.
• Export and deliver final video files in various formats and resolutions optimized for different platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube).
• General:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with our team and clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies in digital marketing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, preferably in the digital marketing or corporate video space.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting principles, and audio recording.
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and our internal team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ownership of professional-grade videography equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, audio gear) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.) and their video content requirements is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
