As a Freelance Video Content Creator at Josh Talks, you will play a crucial role in developing a video-based curriculum that aims to foster curiosity, confidence, and future readiness among students. Your primary responsibility will involve being featured in video lessons in an instructor/anchor format, where you will be required to communicate in a friendly, accessible, and inspiring manner. To excel in this role, you must be fluent and expressive on camera in either Hindi or English. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, and any prior experience in content creation or teaching would be advantageous. Ideally, you should be based in or around Delhi NCR as the shoots will take place at our Josh Talks Studio. You should be comfortable committing to a 4-5 hour shoot for approximately 200 minutes of content and be willing to re-record if necessary. Additionally, you will need to share a short sample video based on a provided script. Fluency and expressiveness on camera in Marathi, Bangla, or Odia would be considered a valuable asset. The selection process for this role involves the following steps: Selected creators will receive a short script and will be required to record and share a sample video based on the script (2-3 minutes). The final selection will be based on your delivery, engagement with the content, suitability for the target audience, and comfort on camera.
