As a Freelance Video Content Creator at Josh Talks, you will play a crucial role in developing a video-based curriculum aimed at fostering curiosity, confidence, and future-readiness among students. We are seeking creators who can effectively convey lessons in a friendly, accessible, and inspiring manner. Your responsibilities will include being featured in video lessons in an instructor/anchor format. Fluency and expressiveness on camera in either Hindi or English are essential, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in content creation or teaching would be advantageous. Ideally, you should be based in or around Delhi NCR, as the shoots will take place at our Josh Talks Studio. You should be willing to commit to a 4-5 hour shoot for approximately 200 minutes of content and be open to re-recording if necessary. Additionally, you must be able to provide a short sample video based on a script that will be provided to you. The selection process will involve chosen creators receiving a short script and recording a 2-3 minute sample video based on it. Final selections will be based on your delivery, engagement, suitability for the target audience, and comfort on camera.
