FREELANCE SITE SUPEVISOR

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Freelance Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with contractors and vendors. This is a project-based opportunity, ideal for professionals who prefer flexible, on-site assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site laborers
• Ensure work is progressing as per design, drawings, and timeline
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety measures are followed
• Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ verification, and site measurements
• Resolve technical issues and provide site-level decision support
• Maintain site documentation and communicate updates to the office team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of site experience in residential/commercial construction
• Familiarity with architectural and structural drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation
• Ability to travel to the site regularly
