Freelance Sales Executive (Tele caller)

About the role

We are selling premium commercial plots. We're hiring experienced freelance sales executives to call prospective buyers from our database, explain the project, send brochure/layout, record the conversation and share recordings with us. Work is paid per proper conversation; attractive commission for successful buyer conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call assigned leads from our database and clearly present project details.
• Share brochure / layout with the prospect via WhatsApp / email after the call.
• Record every call and upload the recording (we will provide the format/link).
• Qualify leads (budget, intent, timeline) and update lead status in our tracker.
• Follow up with interested buyers until they are handed over to our sales team.
• Arrange and confirm site-visit appointments for serious buyers.
• Maintain daily call logs and brief reports.

What we expect

• Proven experience in outbound calling / tele-sales / real-estate sales (freelance or agency).
• Fluent in

  Hindi

  ; good command of English (verbal & written).
• Professional phone manner, persuasive communication, objection handling.
• Smartphone, WhatsApp, email, and ability to upload call recordings.
• Honest, punctual, and able to meet targets.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel) for updating the tracker.

Payment & Incentives

• Per-call payment

  for every valid / proper conversation (details payable per valid lead).

• Attractive commission

  / incentive for conversions where the buyer purchases a plot.
• Payments processed weekly/bi-weekly on submission of recordings and lead reports.
• Exact payout structure will be shared during short screening.

Work type & Shift

• Freelance / Part-time / Remote (work from home) calls can be made from anywhere.
• Flexible hours; preference for candidates who can call during peak buyer hours (10:0013:00, 17:0020:00 IST).
