Role Overview: As a Research and Development (R&D) Administrator at Flexing It, you will play a crucial role in supporting the R&D team and ensuring the smooth functioning of research projects. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, handling procurement, preparing presentations, ensuring compliance, managing records, travel arrangements, and supporting onboarding for new team members. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the R&D team, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. - Maintain accurate and organized documentation of research data, reports, and technical files. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional communication. - Track and update progress on R&D projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. - Handle procurement of lab supplies and maintain inventory of research materials and equipment. - Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and confidentiality requirements. - Maintain and update records of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials. - Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for R&D personnel. - Support the onboarding process for new R&D team members with necessary tools and documentation. Qualifications Required: - Good data analytics skills are essential, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP. - Preferably from Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Consumer industries. - Experience with Veeva is preferred. - Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage. - A science graduate.,
