Freelance Oracle App Trainer

You will be joining Argyle HR Solutions, an organization dedicated to helping companies leverage their human resources as a strategic asset through tailored training and HR consulting services. Specializing in talent management and organizational development, our areas of expertise include employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and aligning HR strategies for business success. Your role will be that of a Freelance IT Trainer on a contract basis, stationed in Gwalior. As an IT Trainer, your primary responsibility will be conducting training sessions focusing on AZURE AI SERVICES. This entails designing and implementing training programs, assessing trainee performance, and keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry. To excel in this position, you should possess proficiency in Oracle Applications and other Oracle Cloud Offerings, along with a proven track record of providing training on Oracle Cloud services. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will be required to effectively engage participants during training sessions. While relevant certifications or field experience would be advantageous, the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently are key attributes for success in this role.,
