Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Operations Manager with experience in the software industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, optimizing processes, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and supporting the leadership team in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong background working in Software industry
• Experience in the software industry and deep understanding of its operational aspects
• Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Proven experience with blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
