Job Description: Are you passionate about events and skilled at handling the behind-the-scenes action that makes them successful We are looking for freelancers who can seamlessly manage logistics, coordination, and backstage operations to support our Client Servicing (CS) Heads. Role Overview: As a Freelance Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for various aspects of event management to ensure successful execution. Your primary focus will be on artist & crew logistics, backstage & event operations, props & costumes management, event flow & planning, and creative & admin support. Key Responsibilities: - Manage travel, tickets, stay, and F&B coordination for artists and crew - Ensure smooth execution and timely setups for backstage and event operations - Sort, source, and arrange essentials for anchors and artists regarding props and costumes - Coordinate scripts, create cue cards, and ensure seamless stage transitions for event flow & planning - Prepare final event presentations and maintain checklists for creative & admin support Qualifications Required: - Experienced freelancers with event coordination, backstage management, or artist handling experience - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals - Passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy event environments If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your profile to hr@thebrandbrewery.com with the subject Freelance Event Coordinator Application.,
