Job Title: Freelance Corporate Trainer - BFSI Sector

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Corporate Trainer to conduct BFSI-focused training sessions for college students preparing to enter the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. The ideal trainer will help students build domain knowledge, practical understanding, and industry readiness for BFSI roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions (offline) on key BFSI topics:
• Banking fundamentals (accounts, deposits, credit, digital banking)
• Insurance basics (types, policies, claim processes)
• Financial products (mutual funds, investment options)
• Regulatory awareness (KYC, AML, RBI/IRDAI guidelines)
• BFSI job roles and expectations
• Teach soft skills: communication, sales approach, customer handling.
• Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and BFSI certifications.
• Provide feedback on student performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 3-6 Years of experience in the BFSI sector or as a trainer
• Good understanding of banking operations, insurance services, and financial products
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills
• Ability to train non-finance students in an engaging and simplified way
• Familiarity with college audience dynamics and career-focused training
