About the Role

Agentic AI Developer (Freelance)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
agentic AI systems
capable of autonomous task execution and decision-making
Implement
multi-agent communication frameworks
for seamless agent-to-agent collaboration
Use
Large Language Models (LLMs)
such as GPT or LLaMA for reasoning, planning, and dynamic task management
Integrate
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
pipelines to enrich agents with external knowledge sources
Fine-tune foundational models using frameworks like
HuggingFace, PEFT, or LoRA
Build efficient, lightweight AI systems for real-time or on-device use
Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field
1+ year of experience in
AI/ML development
, with a focus on
autonomous agents or multi-agent systems
Strong Python skills and experience with AI libraries (
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers
)
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and agentic toolkits (e.g.,
LangChain, AutoGen, RAG systems
)
Understanding of AI planning techniques, memory systems, or reinforcement learning for adaptive behavior
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment with strong communication skills
