Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the Risk team at Stripe, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be conducting quality evaluations of Risk review cases and refining evaluation plans to maintain compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to formulate action items for remediation and drive improvements to the quality oversight program. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality evaluations of Risk review cases, specifically focusing on Fraud Operations - Oversee and refine Quality evaluation plans to align with policies and procedures for the Risk program at Stripe - Draft detailed monthly QA reports outlining scores, trends, issues noted, and remedial actions needed - Collaborate with senior Risk stakeholders to develop remediation action items and ensure compliance with associated plans - Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting results and recommendations for mitigations - Maintain clear and organized documentation related to the structure of Risk program quality assurance, including sampling logic and coverage of QA oversight - Monitor the effectiveness of the Fraud Operations team and drive experiments and improvements to the quality oversight program to enhance confidence in evaluations Qualifications Required: Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance and/or controls testing within a Risk environment - Experience in developing quality metrics - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision - Strong analytical and communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment and navigating ambiguity Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with SQL and ability to utilize template or premade SQL queries for investigations Additional Company Details: In most locations, including Bucharest, Romania, and Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico, and Bengaluru, India, office-assigned Stripes are expected to spend a significant portion of their time in the local office or with users.
