To excel in this role, you must have a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills, and foster a positive and productive team environment. Taking personal responsibility for your actions, adapting quickly to changes, and making thoughtful decisions will be crucial. Continuous self-improvement and the ability to coach and develop junior staff members are also important aspects of this position. Furthermore, you should hold a diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience in operations management within the F&B or food service industry.
