Job Overview

Combus is seeking a dynamic Franchise Sales Officer (B2B) to expand its franchise network for software solutions and certification services. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the sales process, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners
• Promote Combus software products and certification programs to businesses and institutions
• Present franchise business opportunities and value propositions
• Manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and records

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in B2B sales or franchise sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of software and certification-based services is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach
