Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Franchise Restaurant Manager – Franchise who can manage restaurant operations and ensure excellence across our franchise outlets nationwide.

This is a travel-based role—you’ll be responsible for setting up and standardizing franchise operations in different cities each month.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations

✅ Lead and train restaurant teams

✅ Ensure high F&B standards and customer service

✅ Maintain brand SOPs across franchise outlets

✅ Travel pan-India to assist in franchise setup and audits

✅ Act as the on-ground liaison between franchisees and corporate

Who Should Apply:

Excellent communication & team management skills

Strong experience in customer service & restaurant operations

Comfortable with extensive travel across India
Prior hospitality industry experience preferred

Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Business preferred
