As the Head of sales operations at Sweet Magic Group, a flagship Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical under EBG Group, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales and operations for the multi-brand outlets. Your role will involve managing franchise growth and backend operations to ensure smooth expansion, operational excellence, and strong partner relationships. With a focus on authentic flavors, innovative concepts, and quality service, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining brand standards and service consistency across locations. Your key responsibilities will include driving the expansion of franchise operations across target cities, overseeing backend operations including supply chain and fulfillment processes, building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners, developing strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency, and coordinating with marketing and product teams for promotional and menu initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in food brand operations and franchise management, a strong track record in scaling multi-location food or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) brands, and excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
