UBC BIM specializes in providing 3D BIM solutions for residential and commercial projects using Vertex BD, Scotsteel, Framecad, MWF Strucsoft, and Revit. We offer services for light gauge steel and wood framed structures, including Structural Detailing & engineered structural plans, permit sets, bill of materials, and cost estimation inputs. UBC BIM serves clients in modular and offsite construction, panelized construction, production home builders, general contractors, and fabricators.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Framecad Detailer with 1-2 years experience located in Hyderabad. The Detailer will be responsible for creating 3D BIM models and detailed drawings using Framecad. They will work on projects in custom home design, multi-family residential, single-family homes and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Framecad (Structure & Detailer) software
• 1-2 years experience in creating 3D BIM models and Detailing for cold formed steel/ light gauge steel structures
• Familiar with American standards for Cold Formed Steel Drafting
• Ability to design/detail cold-formed steel wall , floor, roof, ceiling panels and roof trusses using Framecad
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings
• Ability to prepare structural and fabrication package as per the client requirements
• Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit is an added advantage.
