Fragrance Executive- R&D

As a Fragrance Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating new fragrance innovations for global and local brand initiatives. Your main focus will be to provide olfactive and technical support to ensure the delivery of superior fragrance solutions. You will also lead the evaluation of fragrance development projects to guarantee the successful technical development of fragrances and consumer products in the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the development of consumer-loved fragrances from ideation to product maintenance - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful fragrance solutions for multiple global and regional brands - Working closely with external partners to drive olfactive and technical development of new fragrances - Conducting product sensory evaluation, generating reports, and assessing stability samples To succeed in this role, you should: - Have a passion for fragrance and its impact on the human experience - Thrive in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on delivering results - Possess a proven track record in new fragrance design and development - Demonstrate strong skills in technical perfumery development and evaluation - Hold a minimum of a Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant scientific discipline - Have 5+ years of experience in fragrance development and application in an FMCG environment - Possess 3+ years of fragrance evaluation experience with above-average olfactive acuity - Exhibit strong technical problem-solving skills with 2+ years of technical R&D product development experience - Be able to critically evaluate and recommend fragrances - Have experience in consumer understanding and sensory testing methodologies - Showcase portfolio fragrance management experience - Demonstrate experience in coordinating with R&D teams and external vendor management In addition to your competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Regional Fragrance Innovation by developing superior fragrance solutions for various brands.
