I had placed order on 10th November 2024 till today its 27th November I haven't received my products not Foxtale care to refund money. Not expected from such brand this kind of service... Products are good but if not delivered on time whats the use...

I left them email, instagram DM and even the founder a message for products that were prepaid and never got. They don't care to even reply. Instagram ads and image is a scam.
