Placed order on 20th December was to arrive on 24th from Bandra till today not arrived. The courier service doesn’t attend phone and say that consignee was not available when all the time we are in the house. Very bad experience.

Foxtale's customer service is like talking to a robot – it doesn't really listen. If they mess up your order, all you get are these automatic messages that don't fix anything. Your stuff arrives late, and the delivery people are just plain rude. Foxtale doesn't help fix any of these problems, making it a total waste of money and time.
