BPO/Budget, responsible for quotation management/department cost control - Responsible for the budget collection and summary of all stages' quotations, review and co-work with customer to get BPO before Build. - Analysis for final quotation collection and comparison for each stages, review and coordinate internal functional teams to solve the quotation issue, and review quotations with customers - 2. CSR EPM, responsible for customer service and reception - Responsible for NPI project management and customer reception (Shuttle Dispatch/Dining/Food Ordering/Access, etc.), to ensure the visit goes well. - Responsible for the customers' room environment audit and follow-up of the transformation and upgrade of maintenance, ensuring that the customer room environment meets customer needs. - Responsible for department admin statistics and attrition rate analysis and other related human resource reports. 3. Security EPM, responsible for the security management and control of new project - Responsible for the relevant planning of the new project security processes, to ensure no leak-off and security issue of the new project Eng. Build at all stages. - Coordinate to make sure the efficiency and safety of new project, summarize abnormalities to put forward improving proposals. - Responsible for new project Security-related cost control, and reduce the cost of RD Stage.
