Founding Full-stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a founding member of the engineering team at Kaaj, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of the products using Python and ReactJS codebase. Your role involves building, evaluating, and shipping products utilizing proprietary and open source LLMs, with a focus on owning challenging technical problems and contributing to the future of AI. This remote role is based out of India. Responsibilities: - Develop Python services, APIs, and webhook functionality for agent management, orchestration, benchmarking, and third-party integrations - Lead the architecture and development of customer interface with AI agents - Create internal tools for agent evaluation and automated judgment - Implement enterprise-grade security and reliability in the backend platform - Establish integration and product infrastructure for LLMs for AI Agents - Craft a cohesive product experience Requirements: - 3+ years of experience - Proficiency in Python, React.js, microservices, and API design - Extensive background in writing production-level code - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Bonus points for prior experience in Fintech or AI About Kaaj: Kaaj is an AI Fintech startup based in San Francisco, with a mission to provide quick access to affordable capital for businesses.
