What You’ll Build

• Full backend architecture (microservices, events, postbacks, analytics)
• Admin/Vendor/User dashboards
• Reward + affiliate engine (SDK integrations, wallet systems)
• CI/CD, DevOps, AWS/GCP, security, scalability
• The entire 0 → 1 product system

You own the engineering.

You shape the product.

You build the foundation.

• 6+ years MERN + Node.js
• Strong with Postgres/Mongo, microservices, event-driven systems
• Experience in reward/affiliate/marketplace platforms
• AWS/GCP + CI/CD + containerization

Engagement

Phase 1 (Core Team- Part-Time,  Until we hit ₹1 Cr or raise funding):

Equity up to 5% + revenue share up to 5% (No Salary)

Phase 2 (Full Time):

Additional Equity up to 5% + Fixed Salary

Equity (Based on Role & Contribution)

• 5–10% equity
• 4-year vesting | 12-month cliff
• 0% if leaving before 12 months
• 50% vests in the first 24 months
• Remaining quarterly over the next 24 months

UPTO 5% Revenue Share until either:

1. Platform hits ₹1Cr annual revenue, OR
2. We raise our next funding round
