We need immediate joiners who could join within 7 Days Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience · BE/ B-Tech / M-Tech /PhD from IIT, NIT or reputed A-Grad Collage / University (For JEE). · M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University ( For NEET) · M.Sc. From reputed University (For Foundation) . · Minimum of 4 years of prior teaching experience ( For JEE/NEET Foundation) · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. · Goal-oriented attitude. · Very strong academic record Key Activities & Responsibilities Job Description: · The role will be to teach foundation students, aspiring for Competitive examinations, the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a camera and in person (SIP project) in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding. · Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students · Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject. · Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques · Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for student’s questions. · Expert level proficiency for foundation (Class VIII, IX & X) classes. · Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals. · Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements or on Face to Face Classes. · Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and you should be open to learning new concepts and tools. · Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery. · Produce answers that are 100% accurate Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience · BE/ B-Tech / M-Tech /PhD from IIT, NIT or reputed A-Grad Collage / University (For JEE). · M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University ( For NEET) · M.Sc.
