About Foundation for Innovations in Health (FIH) FIH, and its flagship program - School for Skills: Allied Health Sciences (SFS), Uday (Digital primary care clinics), Climate change and Women’s health, Mass population screening, have been recognised as among the top 40 changemakers in the world by Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability (Stanford University) in July 2025. Its seamlessly coordinated activities across the 4 verticals over last 12 years has created a sustainable impact on reducing multi-dimensional poverty and increasing community resilience in underserved areas. FIH works in close collaboration with its associate organisation, JSV Innovations Pvt. Ltd. SFS has trained over 5000 rural youths (65% girls, including transgenders and rescued from trafficking) through its 12 centres in 6 states in India (4 of them among the 10 poorest states) as Allied Health Professionals (AHP). Over 80% of the students are now engaged in stable employment in 80+ hospitals in almost all major cities in India. The platform has created the potential to address some of India’s pressing challenges at scale – youth unemployment (particularly among rural youth) and shortage of skilled health human resources and Women empowerment . We impact 6 SDGs in a positive manner. Key Responsibilities Develop a strategic communication plan and effective dissemination plan for positioning of FIH among its stakeholders through creating reports and documents (e.g., newsletter), storytelling, generating engaging content in social media (including AV). Build a strategy leveraging various social media handles to enhance recall and brand of SFS among the youth aspirants from target areas so as to drive student admission. Time-bound implementation of student mobilization activities, along with measurement and dynamic modification of strategy. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to generate content ideas. Track and report on social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth. Identification of CSR & various Grant opportunities, analysis, primary research and storyboard creation for subsequent writing of proposals including budget. Conduct basic research for content ideas and audience insights. Qualifications & Requirements Post-graduation in Social work, Rural communication, Mass communication etc. with special emphasis on social media-related certification 3-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, specially in the development sector. Experience in grant/CSR program management will be of additional value. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. Multi-lingual skills (Bengali, Hindi, English) Design capability - Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software for graphic and written posts. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
