Foundation Faculty - Biology

We are hiring an inspiring Biology Faculty for classes 6–10 (Foundation / Olympiad / NTSE level) who can make Biology engaging through diagrams, activities, models, and simple hands-on experiments.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Biology to classes 6–10 with focus on concepts, visuals, and real-life applications.
• Conduct basic Biology experiments/activities using safe and easy-to-access materials (microscopy, plant experiments, models).
• Prepare study notes, worksheets, practical activities, and periodic tests.
• Solve doubts regularly and provide personalised academic support.
• Track student performance in weekly/ monthly tests and share feedback.
• Mentor students for NTSE, NSO, and early NEET foundation preparation.
• Participate in content development and academic coordination.
• Create an engaging and disciplined classroom atmosphere.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology/Life Sciences (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Biology for classes 6–10.
• Teaching experience in Foundation/Olympiad segment preferred.
• Ability to conduct simple biology experiments and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills and student handling ability.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with digital teaching tools and interactive content.
• Creative teaching methods using models, charts, diagrams, and activities.
• Olympiad/NTSE mentoring experience.
