Accounting Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping – Ensure accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and trial balances. Accounts Payable & Receivable – Monitor vendor payments, collections, and credit control. Bank Reconciliation – Regularly reconcile company accounts with bank statements. Expense Management – Track, analyze, and control operational expenses. Compliance – Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and other statutory requirements. Audit Preparation – Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth audits. 2. Finance Responsibilities Budgeting & Forecasting – Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Investment & Funding – Evaluate funding options, loans, and investments to support growth.
