Role Overview: As a Formulation Development lead, you will spearhead the creation of cutting-edge nutraceutical products tailored for the skin care and wellness sectors. Your focus will be on formulating and enhancing supplements, functional foods, and other nutraceuticals, with an emphasis on skin health, anti-aging, and overall well-being. Collaboration with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure that formulations are scalable and aligned with market demands.
