As a Formulation Development specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative nutraceutical products tailored for the skin care and wellness markets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Formulating and optimizing supplements, functional foods, and other nutraceuticals with a focus on skin health, anti-aging, and overall wellness. - Collaborating closely with R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure that formulations are scalable and aligned with market requirements. - Conducting stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing to guarantee that the final product meets the desired outcomes. In the realm of Ingredient Sourcing & Supplier Management, your role will involve: - Collaborating with ingredient suppliers to procure high-quality, sustainable, and effective ingredients. - Ensuring that ingredient selection complies with all regulatory standards and reflects brand values such as being cruelty-free, organic, and non-GMO. - Evaluating the newest ingredients, formulations, and delivery systems for skin care and wellness products. Your collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams will entail: - Working closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to translate consumer needs and market insights into innovative product solutions. - Collaborating with clinical and medical experts to validate product claims and perform efficacy studies. - Providing training and guidance to internal teams on new formulations, benefits, and key selling points. Regarding Product Lifecycle Management, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing the product lifecycle, from initial concept through formulation, testing, production, and market launch. - Managing product testing and quality control to ensure the safety and efficacy of the final products. - Monitoring product performance and leading initiatives for product enhancements or adjustments as required.
