Forklift Operator

As a Forklift Operator at LDC Koppa, your responsibilities will include ensuring proper storage of coffee grades in designated zones, maintaining effective communication with the warehouse team, and adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents. You will be expected to identify and address safety hazards in the workplace, ensure compliance with PPE usage, and report on safety incidents as per requirements. Additionally, your role will involve planning and organizing storage zones efficiently, coordinating with the mill team to prevent grade mixing, and conducting safety meetings to guide employees and prevent workplace accidents. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years" experience in forklift machine operations, hold a 10th / ITI or equivalent qualification, and be proficient in Kannada and English languages. A proactive approach, teamwork skills, and alignment with safety policies are essential for this role. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, adherence to quality and safety standards, and performing operational tasks as assigned by superiors.
