As a logistics co-worker for the Full serve department at IKEA, your role involves working in the warehouse to pick up customer orders, operate machinery such as forklifts, and ensure timely and accurate handling of goods. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Role Overview:** You will primarily be responsible for picking up customer orders using manual labor, pallet lifter, and driving a forklift. Your tasks will also include packing goods for customers, maintaining machinery, and collaborating with colleagues from other logistics departments, customer service, and sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Picking orders from the store and click & collect orders - Maintenance of machinery and cleaning up the department - Working together and following up with colleagues from other logistics departments as well as customer service and sales **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a Danish license for operating forklifts, or a forklift license from a EU, EEA country or Switzerland, which is eligible for approval by Arbejdstilsynet - Good physical shape and ability to handle manual labor - Motivated by prioritizing and organizing work efficiently - Ability to create overviews and attention to detail - Good self-discipline and thrive in routine tasks **Additional Details:** You will be part of an international team at IKEA, working towards common goals of efficient logistics and providing excellent customer service. While primarily working independently, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments. The working hours for this position are around 10 hours per week, with varying shifts based on business needs, including weekends.
