As a Sales and Marketing Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our forging and machining business. You will be tasked with identifying new customers, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our manufacturing services. Collaboration with internal teams to provide tailored solutions, prepare quotations, and assist in deal closure is essential. An in-depth comprehension of forging and machining processes will be crucial for success in this role. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on meeting targets, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working within the industrial sector. You will be responsible for: - Developing and executing strategic business plans to foster growth in target industries such as automotive, heavy engineering, oil & gas, and defence. - Identifying potential clients, engaging in technical discussions, generating leads, and converting them into long-term business partnerships. - Working closely with production, quality, and design teams to propose feasible solutions that align with client requirements. - Creating and delivering impactful presentations, quotations, and project proposals that meet customer expectations and manufacturing capabilities. - Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, managing key accounts effectively, and ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries and negotiations. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to predict customer trends, pricing strategies, and expansion possibilities. - Representing the company at various events like trade shows, technical seminars, and client meetings to position our brand as a top-tier manufacturing partner. Key Skills & Competencies required: - In-depth knowledge of forging processes (hot, cold, closed die) and CNC machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, and heat treatment. - Strong negotiation skills to structure commercial terms and close high-value deals successfully. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and internal coordination. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems. This is a Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary position that comes with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes Day shift, Fixed shift, and Morning shift with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work location is on-site.,
