Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ForgeRock Access Management solutions including OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenID, and WebAuthn.
• Perform installation, configuration, and customization of ForgeRock components.
• Develop and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Access Management, Identity Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Risk-Based Authentication solutions.
• Work with authentication technologies such as Header-based SSO, SAML, OAuth, and related protocols.
• Customize ForgeRock UI and develop scripts/code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources.
• Manage ForgeRock OpenIDM for provisioning and deprovisioning of identities.
• Administer and troubleshoot LDAP directories like OpenDJ.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate ForgeRock solutions with enterprise applications.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve complex issues independently or in team settings.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenAM and related products.
• Strong understanding of Access Management concepts and Identity Management systems.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE development for customization and integration.
• Experience with PKI, certificate management, and secure authentication protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
