Your Dual Mission Drive growth for our two flagship offerings: Creative Production Services (Films/Digital Content for brands) Luxury Farmhouse Experiences (Weddings/Corporate Events at Farmhouse) Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Pitch Creative Solutions: Sell production services (Brand Films, Social Media Content) to agencies, corporates, and retailers. Book Luxury Experiences: Convert farmhouse leads for weddings, corporate retreats, and private gatherings. 360° Client Management: Handle inbound inquiries via calls/emails (company-provided phone) Conduct persuasive site visits and virtual tours Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payments Market Expansion: Identify new client segments (e.g., wedding planners, MNCs, influencers) Represent FBE at industry events/exhibitions Strategic Operations Lead Generation: Combine cold outreach, social selling, and referral networks CRM Mastery: Maintain organized pipelines for both business verticals Cross-Promotion: Synergize production clients with farmhouse offerings (e.g., "Film your campaign at our scenic venue!")
