Job Title: Communications & Documentation Intern (Coffee Table Book Project) Location: Delhi / Noida (occasional travel to the Agency and FSC India office) Duration: 1 month Stipend: Competitive stipend Reporting to: Communications Manager, FSC India About FSC India FSC India is developing a Coffee Table Book, “Made in India: FSC-Certified Products” , to merge sustainability storytelling with visually rich content. The publication will showcase the impact of FSC certification across sectors, highlight certificate holders’ stories, and inspire trust in certified products. Role Overview The Communications & Documentation Intern will support FSC India in coordinating with certificate holders and stakeholders, gathering and collating content, and ensuring end-to-end documentation to assist the Agency in developing this high-visibility publication. Key Responsibilities Gather required information and inputs from FSC India’s certificate holders and stakeholders (calls/emails). Collate and document content systematically for Agency reference. Support coordination with clients and the Agency in developing the Coffee Table Book. Maintain a structured repository of all client-provided visuals, information, and case material. Assist in proofreading and organizing drafts. Provide end-to-end documentation support. Any other communications and documentation-related tasks. Deliverables Compiled database of client information and content pieces. Well-documented and organized material ready for Agency use. Support files, notes, and content references for the Coffee Table Book. Final internship report summarizing contributions and outcomes.
