Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site. The Foreman will ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction workers and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and QA/QC teams.
• Track progress and report daily work status to Project Manager.
• Maintain records of materials, labor, and equipment usage.
• Identify issues on site and propose solutions to keep work on schedule.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management is preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Foreman in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to supervise a team and manage labor efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to quality.
• Physically fit to work on site and handle field challenges.
