Job Title: Foreman / Production Incharge Aluminum Scaffolding Company: Dlyft India LLP Location: Rohtak, Haryana Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Manufacturing Aluminum Scaffolding / Industrial Structures Job Summary: Dlyft India LLP is looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman or Production Incharge for its Aluminum Scaffolding Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate must have complete knowledge of aluminum scaffolding systems, including raw materials, fabrication, welding, assembly, quality, and dispatch processes. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations on the shop floor. Ensure timely and quality manufacturing of aluminum scaffolding products. Read and interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and quality plans. Oversee cutting, welding, punching, assembly, riveting, and finishing processes. Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and production resources. Monitor workforce efficiency, allocate jobs, and ensure target completion. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures. Maintain production documentation, shift reports, and material records. Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams to resolve issues. Train workers in proper fabrication techniques and machinery handling. Key Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in aluminum scaffolding or structural fabrication. Complete understanding of raw materials (pipes, joints, castings, etc.), processes, and scaffolding standards. Ability to supervise labor, manage production timelines, and troubleshoot technical issues. Familiarity with ISO quality standards, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing practices. Strong leadership, team handling, and reporting skills. Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent field preferred. •
