Foreign outsourcing accounting

As a Foreign Outsourcing Accountant at our company located in Noida Sector 50, you will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting tasks for our international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for international clients using QuickBooks and Zoho Books. - Record and reconcile financial transactions including AP/AR, expenses, receipts, and bank statements. - Prepare financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with client-specific accounting standards and timelines. - Communicate effectively with foreign clients via email and calls to clarify data, resolve queries, and provide updates. - Support tax preparation, audits, and documentation as required. - Maintain confidentiality and data security across all client accounts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in outsourced accounting or bookkeeping. - Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and Zoho Books. - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. - Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). - Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). - Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple client projects. - Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
