Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Coaching:

Plan and conduct engaging football lessons and practice sessions.
Teach rules, techniques, and strategies of football appropriate to students age and skill levels.
Identify and nurture talented players for inter-school and district-level competitions.
Maintain discipline, safety, and positive behavior during training and matches.

Program Development:

Develop structured training plans and progression charts for players.
Organize football tournaments, friendly matches, and sports events.
Collaborate with other PE teachers to integrate football into the overall physical education curriculum.

Student Development:

Motivate and mentor students to improve performance, teamwork, and leadership.
Promote values of fair play, discipline, respect, and healthy competition.
Monitor students progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain attendance, records, and performance reports of players.
Manage and care for sports equipment and ensure its availability for practice.
Ensure safety protocols and first aid readiness during all sessions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of football techniques, rules, and strategies.
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Ability to design age-appropriate training programs.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Passion for student development and sportsmanship.
