Role Description

The Food Truck Assistant will play an essential role in daily operations, assisting in food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site at our food truck in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Daily responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, taking customer orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Preparation and understanding of Food & Beverage standards
• Proven ability in Food Service and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and teamwork
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Basic math skills and cashier experience are a plus
• Prior experience in a food truck or quick-service restaurant is an advantage
• Passion for food, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to represent Burrito Bandwagon's values
